Here are our ideas to help make your Kid Rock party a rockin' success! A printer-friendly version is also available.

1. If the party will be indoors, choose an area away from toys. We can work in any amount of space you have, but toys are often an unnecessary distraction!
2. For an outdoor party, your instructor will need an outlet and extension cord. A shaded area is ideal and if it is warm, have water available. With all the fun activities, we don’t want anyone to get overheated!
3. Try not to put food out for the children while Kid Rock is being conducted. It can get messy and can also be distracting!
4. Please save the party hats and blowers for after Kid Rock; they often get lost or stepped on and, once again, can be a distraction!
5. Discourage other guests from talking too loudly or walking or standing in the way of the children while they are doing Kid Rock. We want all the children to hear the instructor and we don’t want anyone to get stepped on!
6. If you will have a lot of young children at your party, encourage parental participation; it will add to everyone's fun!
7. Give your guests enough time to arrive at your party before Kid Rock begins. It is hard for the children to walk into a program that is already underway and we don’t like to delay our instructors, who many times have another party to conduct.
8. Don’t forget to have your video camera charged up and ready to go--you’ll get some great footage to enjoy once everyone goes home!
9. Try not to be upset if your birthday child does not participate in the activities (or at all!) Birthdays can be very overwhelming for little ones.
10. As with anything new, there may be a few children who are hesitant to get involved. Your instructor will try her best to make sure everyone is having a great time!
11. Remember, you do not have to worry about paying your invoice during your party! We will bill you afterwards. If you would like to tip your instructor, please do so separately.
12. Most of all, relax and have a GREAT time!
